Return Policy
We pride ourselves on offering quality goods to our customers. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we will be more than happy to assist as long as the following criteria is met:
• All returnable items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition and received by us within 10 days from the delivery date of the product. Returns must be authorized- please contact us.
• Closeout, custom twist, and bulk orders are final and non-refundable.
• Shipping expenses included with original purchase are not refundable and all approved items will incur a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. Return shipping and any associated fees will be paid by the customer, as well as shipping on exchanges.
• Horse tack and/or other items made from our quality supplies are subject to normal wear and tear, and are therefore not returnable if made into an item. It is the responsibility of the individual making the item to ensure that the item is deemed safe for use.
