Order Fulfillment Timeline Change! Please read!

Greetings, All!

I wanted to write a quick email to give you all notice that starting March 12th, order fulfillment times will be longer than our normal 2 business days.

I (Tracy) will be down for a couple of months recovering from an unexpected procedure on my right shoulder/elbow so Dana will be coming down from her house to help me fulfill orders since I will be unable to count cord and pack orders for at least 6 weeks. Please be patient with us as Dana is picking up a lot of slack for me temporarily.

Dana will come to my house twice a week and I will supervise (lucky her) all of the orders getting packed. You can plan on this shipping schedule moving forward from March 12th on (until further notice, I will send another email when normal shipping times resume):

Packages for in-stock cord/supplies will be shipping on Mondays and/or Thursdays, cutoffs for each of those days will be 8am MST. If an order comes in after 8am MST on a shipping day, it will be pushed to the next shipping day.

*This means that packages might take up to 7 days to ship depending on how many orders come in. Expedited shipping will not be available*
